That’s why this January (5th to be exact!), we’re introducing the Moves Consistency Kickstart.
The Consistency Kickstart is our way of doing January differently. Instead of asking you to overhaul your life for 30 days, it’s designed to lower the energy it takes to start or level-up, so staying consistent becomes the easiest part. This is not about winning January – it’s about setting you up for the year, and beyond.
The Consistency Kickstart brings together new programs, new in-app features, added coaching and education, and weekly giveaways, all built to remove friction and support progress that actually sticks. Less guesswork. More quality in your investments and more momentum you can carry forward.

Most women don’t quit workouts because they don’t care, they quit because their approach requires unrealistic rigidity, so when life gets busy, something has to give (and it’s usually your workout). Here’s what we hear all the time:

Choose Home or Gym in Weekly Moves
You can now choose home or gym versions of every Weekly Moves workout directly inside the app. Both paths are optimized for your environment! Fewer mid-workout swaps and even more tailored alternate exercises. No more feeling like your plan fell apart because your environment changed.
Our goal here was to even further simplify your favorite workouts with one tap. Your workout adapts to you based on your preferred workout environment and equipment, but of course we still have all the beloved alternatives for both versions if you need to further customize.
Meet Foundation Moves!
Foundation Moves is our rebuilt, fundamentals-first strength program designed to help you build confidence through form, mechanics, and smart progression.
It’s perfect if you’re:
- New to strength training and want to establish great mechanics
- Getting back into a routine
- Wanting to clean up your form and feel more intentional
- Restarting habits without rushing intensity
And yes, it includes both home and gym options, too. This program is about building the base so everything you do next actually sticks.
More Coaching, Right When You Need It
We’ve added more built-in coaching tips and education directly into Weekly Moves workouts. Our goal in Q1 is to nail form on staple movement patterns while layering progressive overload week after week. The goal is to build muscle mass without sacrificing mechanics so that when Spring Challenges drop, you have an awesome base built and can utilize that push phase for its true intent and best results. This should empower you to lift heavier and use new machines while avoiding injury, engaging deep core and harnessing breath with confidence!
Think clear trainer cues, short videos, and reminders that show up at the exact moment they matter. Less guessing, more confidence, and better movement without needing to pause and research mid-workout.
Oh, and some very spicy mini challenges built right into the workouts….because it’s cold out there and we’re here to help ;)
