Transforming Inside and Out

I’m proud of myself for getting into a better headspace with fitness and staying CONSISTENT rather than perfect. While I’m still transforming inside and out, I’m happy to say I’m feeling better about myself every day! I’ve lost 9 lbs and it’s incredibly motivating to physically feel better/stronger and aesthetically see changes happening!

My 'Mom Body' Can Do Hard Things

I’ve learned that my 'mom body' can do hard things. This program has helped me appreciate my body for the way that it is and the fact that I brought my babies here. Every day I loved working out with my sweet 3 year old daughter by my side. At the end of the day I always ask her what her favorite part of the day was and most of the time she would say “working out with mommy”. I love the fact that she got to see what it’s like taking care of your body and that you can make it fun and enjoyable.

Physical, Mental & Emotional Changes!

The physical changes that I have seen over a month are undeniable. I have lost pounds/inches, I am physically stronger, and my endurance level has greatly improved. But equally as important as the physical changes, are the mental and emotional improvements. My mood has improved and I feel more rested after sleeping at night and have more energy. After doing a workout in the morning, I have the energy to continue doing housework or play with my kids without feeling tired!

So here is my before and after that has set me on a new journey. A journey with three kids. A journey in my 40s. A journey that will teach my girls how to be strong. A journey worth fighting for. A journey where my after picture will become my new before picture! I’m so grateful for this program proving to me that nothing worth it comes easy. Don’t give up. Keep going. Jeans Don't Lie!

Jeans Don't Lie!

Just went shopping for new jeans last week and was so shocked to have to go down a size! If there's one thing that doesn't lie (besides brutally honest kids), it's JEANS! Now I feel more comfortable in my clothes, have gained confidence and get to model all the healthy habits I have learned to my soon to be adolescent twin daughters. Most of all, I've learned to never give up on myself!
