This Madeline Moves Subscriber Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Madeline Moves, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 years or age or older in Alabama and Nebraska, or 21 in Mississippi) and have an active Moves App subscription at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection. Individuals who have purchased standalone programs (including Tighter Together) but do not have an active subscription are not eligible. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible for the Promotion. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules administration of the Promotion, selection of the winner, and Sponsor’s exercise of discretion, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects.

Promotion Period

The giveaway runs on a weekly basis beginning on January 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ending on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). The designated computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

How to Enter

Eligible subscribers will receive one (1) entry for each calendar week in which they log at least three (3) workouts in the Moves App during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person per week.

Each individual may win a maximum of one (1) prize during the Promotion Period.

No Purchase Necessary. To enter without making a purchase, please send an email to support@movesapp.com with the subject line "Consistency Kickstart 2026 Entry.” Each email entry will receive the same odds of winning as an entry gained via purchase or app activity. Limit one entry per person.

Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each week. The prize is a $1,000 USD cash award. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,000.

Winner Selection & Notification

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that week. Each “Calendar Week” will be defined as the period from 12:00am ET Sunday through 11:59pm ET Saturday. Potential winners will be notified via email and/or in-app notification and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner. If a potential winner fails to respond or is otherwise deemed to be disqualified from receiving a prize, the Sponsor will select up to three (3) alternate potential winners. If the alternate potential winners fail to respond or are disqualified from receiving a prize, the prize will go un-awarded.

Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered via PayPal or Venmo. Winners must have a valid U.S.-based PayPal or Venmo account in their own name. If a winner is unable to receive payment through either method, Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternative method of prize delivery at its discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents, or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose”). 

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received each week.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor will not be responsible for any tax obligations related to the prize. The value of any prize valued over $600 will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each potential winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before their prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of each winner for the actual value of the prize received. 

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their first name and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release

All entrants, as a condition of participation in this Promotion, agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, marketing and fulfillment agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with: (i) participation in any aspect of the Promotion, (ii) the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize awarded, (iii) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; (iv) entrant’s registration material on any related website, or (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Promotion activity and/or prizes.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of South Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of this Promotion or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved before the state and federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina. 

BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical issues related to app functionality or internet connectivity.
