Mobile Terms of Service
Moves by Madeline, Inc. offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which is subject to these Mobile Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By opting into or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these Mobile Terms of Service and the Terms, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in Section 9.9, titled “Arbitration Notice”. “Terms” means the Moves by Madeline, Inc. Terms of Service available at: https://train.madelinemoves.com/terms-of-service/.
- User Opt-In: The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or mobile enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive automated marketing and transactional mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in.
- User Opt-out: If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longeragree with these Mobile Terms and Conditions, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from Moves App in order to opt out of the Program or contact us at the email address or phone number in Section 15 of the Terms. You may receive one additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out.
- Duty to Notify and Indemnify: If at any time you intend to stop using the mobiletelephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including changingyour phone number or terminating your cellular service plan, you agree that you willcomplete the User Opt-Out process set forth above prior to ending your use of the mobiletelephone number.
- Program Description: Without limiting the scope of the Program, users who opt into theProgram can expect to receive messages concerning account registration, subscriptionupdates, workout/app reminders, features, sales, promotions, and marketing offers.
- Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. The Program involves recurringmobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based onyour interaction with Moves App.
