What's Included

scare care and strength, in one plan

Scare Care

more than "rest & heal"

A board-certified women’s health PT built the Scar Recovery track. It moves from gentle breathwork to deeper mobilization, addressing tightness, sensitivity, and the overhang so many moms are never told can improve.
Strength

see yourself coming back.

Postpartum Moves takes you through core reconnection, foundational strength, and full-body conditioning, with checkpoints along the way.
One Plan

no more piecing it together.

One app, one plan for exactly this, with every other Moves program included when you’re ready for what’s next.
By the numbers

tight, numb, sore? you're not alone.

Your body went through major surgery. What you’re feeling is common, and it can improve with the right plan.

c-section must!
I am a nurse practitioner and have the upmost respect and confidence in all the science and work that has gone into creating a program that is so effective! I used the program post c-section and recommend to all my mom friends, then I became hooked! I am a year postpartum and love all the programs! Quick, focused, and the most user friendly app! Just start, you wont regret it!

incredible for postpartum
I had done workouts from a few other popular apps over the years, but finally switched to Moves this year and can’t believe the difference. Rebuilding strength postpartum (and post 2 c-sections) has been really hard for me until now. I’ve noticed such big improvements in just a few months. Love this app and the programming so much!

Multiple c-section Mama
THIS is the program worth purchasing!! I’m prepping for my 5th c-section, and I know for a fact this program helped me recover from my last pregnancy’s pelvic injury and helped me restrengthen before this current one. This is a gift! Whether you need Pregnancy, postpartum or regular workouts, just go for it! It’s so well done. Love that I can stay home with all my kids and do this when I have dinner in the instant pot!I REALLY LOVE this app! I've been using it since my first trimester and currently in the middle of my second.  First app I've done that has postpartum recovery and works by someone actually credentialed to give workouts and advice.

FAQ

your questions, answered.

Breathwork and light, indirect touch are safe right away. Direct scar work waits until you're fully healed and cleared by your provider. The plan tells you exactly when.

No. Scar tissue responds to this work at any point. Think of it like a knot that can still loosen, however old it is.

It shouldn't. Gentle tugging or stretching is normal; sharp pain isn't. If something hurts, that's your cue to back off, not push through.

No. Most moms use it as a focused 10-week reset, then return to it later if they notice tightness again.

Better mobility in your abdominal muscles and pelvis, which can support spinal and torso stability and ease low back and hip pain. Many women also notice improved bladder and bowel function, including less urinary urgency and constipation, along with reduced numbness and nerve discomfort.

It can help minimize "shelfing," or C-section overhang, when paired with strength training and a solid nutrition approach.

They're built to work together, but the Scar Recovery sessions stand on their own if that's all you need right now.

your scare isn't the whole story. your strength is.

Always get cleared by your provider before starting scar work, and check in anytime something feels off. This plan is educational, not a substitute for care from your doctor or a pelvic floor PT.
