This Moves App Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Madeline Moves, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to active Moves App users with an associated Move Together Fall 2026 purchase at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible for the Promotion. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules administration of the Promotion, selection of the winner, and Sponsor’s exercise of discretion, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects.

Promotion Period

The giveaway runs on a weekly basis beginning on October 11, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ending on November 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). The designated computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

How to Enter

Weekly Consistency Cash: Entrants receive 1 entry per week in which they log at least 4 workouts between Sunday 12:00 a.m. EST and Saturday 11:59 p.m. EST.

Grand Prize: Each week a member logs 4+ workouts earns 1 cumulative entry into the Grand Prize drawing (up to a maximum of 4 entries per person across Weeks 1–4)

Limit one (1) entry per person per week.

Entrants can win a Weekly Consistency Cash prize and remain eligible to win the Grand Prize.

No Purchase Necessary. To enter without making a purchase, please send an email to support@movesapp.com with the subject line "Move Together Fall 2026 Entry.” Each email entry will receive the same odds of winning as an entry gained via purchase or app activity. Limit one entry per person.

Prize

Weekly Consistency Cash (20 total winners across 4 weeks):

  • Week 1 (Oct 11–17): 5 winners receiving $200 each ($1,000 total).  
  • Week 2 (Oct 18–24): 5 winners receiving $250 each ($1,250 total).  
  • Week 3 (Oct 25–31): 5 winners receiving $300 each ($1,500 total).  
  • Week 4 (Nov 1–7): 5 winners receiving $350 each ($1,750 total).

Grand Prize (1 winner):

  • 1 Grand Prize Winner: $1,000 drawn at random from the cumulative entry pool after Week 4 closes (drawn during deload week by Nov 13).
Winner Selection & Notification

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that week. Each “Calendar Week” will be defined as the period from 12:00am ET Sunday through 11:59pm ET Saturday. Potential winners will be notified via email and/or in-app notification and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner. If a potential winner fails to respond or is otherwise deemed to be disqualified from receiving a prize, the Sponsor will select up to three (3) alternate potential winners. If the alternate potential winners fail to respond or are disqualified from receiving a prize, the prize will go un-awarded.

Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered as digital rewards through Tremendous. Winners can choose how to receive their prize from the options Tremendous offers, which may include PayPal, Venmo, a prepaid card, or a gift card. The Promotion is not affiliated with or sponsored by Tremendous, PayPal, or Venmo. If a winner is unable to redeem through any available option, Sponsor may choose an alternative delivery method at its discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions are allowed except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received each week.

Additional Social Media & Flash Giveaways

From time to time during the Promotion Period, Sponsor may host separate, standalone flash giveaways or mini-contests on its official social media channels. These social giveaways are separate from the Weekly Consistency Cash and Grand Prize drawings. Entry requirements, prize details, eligibility criteria, and delivery methods (e.g., direct message, digital code, physical shipment) for social giveaways will be specified in the corresponding social media post. Participation in social giveaways does not impact or alter an entrant’s entries or eligibility for the main Move Together challenge prizes.

End-of-Challenge "Before & After" Swag Giveaway:

  • Eligibility: Open exclusively to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • How to Enter: To enter, eligible participants must submit their "Before & After" challenge photos or story via the designated submission form or platform by November 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
  • Prizes & Selection: Winners will be selected at random to receive a Moves-branded Swag Pack (approximate retail value: $100).
  • Fulfillment: Physical merchandise prizes will only be shipped to valid mailing addresses within the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses.
Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor will not be responsible for any tax obligations related to the prize. The value of any prize valued over $600 may be reported for tax purposes to the extent required by law. Each potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before their prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. Any IRS Form 1099 issued in connection with the Promotion will be issued in the name of each winner for the actual value of the prize received.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their first name and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release

All entrants, as a condition of participation in this Promotion, agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, marketing and fulfillment agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with: (i) participation in any aspect of the Promotion, (ii) the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize awarded, (iii) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; (iv) entrant’s registration material on any related website, or (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Promotion activity and/or prizes.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of South Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of this Promotion or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved before the state and federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina. 

BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical issues related to app functionality or internet connectivity.
