We’re highlighting credentialed professionals in the Moves community who train with Moves themselves and feel confident recommending it in their practice when it’s the right fit.

Think practical cues, smarter setup adjustments, and reminders that help you move with more confidence. It’s education layered into your real workouts to help you move with more confidence, understand the “why” behind each exercise, and build strength that actually lasts.
